The position of MT in this guild is going to be filled by a Prot War, why? I know why do you?
This position is one that is not for the faint of heart. If your joining this raid guild (because that's what we are) as a Prot War, we need to know your worth our time. Answering these few questions will give us a better Idea if your just that.
What is your Mob Tanking rotation?
What is your Boss tanking rotation?
What stat or stats do you build on the most? and Why?
-Stam?
-Dodge?
-Parry?
-Block
What is your raid experience? This is very important because when MT'ing you are not just tanking bosses. Your main responsibility as MT is to keep the raid up at all costs. Raid experience will let us know how adapt you are in dealing with the chaos that raids offer. In most classes raid experience isnt as important, however that is not the case with Tanking. Also If you bitch about repairs this inst the job for you.
What are the steps you take in preparing for a raid?
How focused are you on whats going around you in a raid? or are you only focused on what your tanking?
(Choose your words carefully Leonidas, for they may be your last as king).lol
Last question:
Why did you choose to be a prot war?
Thank you for your time in reading and answering these questions and good luck to you in the application process.
Keep in mind all your answers must be backed up by actual in game play proof. If we find discrepancies in what you say and what you actually do, your chances of joining this guild as a prot war will immensely go down. No one likes someone who's talk is cheap.
